Usage:
Shred and Scrub!
1 toothpaste tablet is chewed several times in the mouth with the help of teeth and natural foaming is achieved within seconds. Teeth are brushed for a minimum of 2 minutes and the mouth is rinsed with water. For effective results, it is recommended to brush your teeth with toothpaste tablets for 2 minutes at least twice a day.
