To deep clean the lid, remove the inner silicone ring and soak it in a 2:1 mixture of water and vinegar or clean it using dish soap
Do not use harsh chemicals such as bleach or chlorine
To reassemble, press the ring back into the open cavity of the lid so that the protrusion is exposed
Make sure the ring is pressed evenly into the gap before screwing the cap back on to ensure a secure and leak-free closure
