With separate brewing and steam boilers, espresso can be brewed as often as desired without loss of temperature and power. Thanks to the large steam boiler, steam can be produced without time restrictions.
The heaters of each boiler can be turned on and off independently. Shutting down the boiler that is not in use saves energy.
The temperature of each boiler can be changed, and these boilers have high thermal stability.
With the dot-matrix display, the brewing kettle temperature and stopwatch during brewing can be easily monitored.
Brewing can be done in volume (ml) or time (s).
The final brew for each group head can be recorded in milliliters or seconds with a single button. Three separate records can be created for each group head and can be easily changed at any time.
Automatic on-off time and holiday can be set.
