Sharpening Instructions
The sharpening stone should be soaked in water for about 10 minutes before use
Make sure that the stone is always slightly wet throughout the sharpening process
Asymmetrical knives: first place the sharpened face on the whetstone
Use the angle recommended by the manufacturer
Sharpen the blade to form a 45° angle with the whetstone (to get the widest possible surface) by applying pressure to its edge and removing the pressure when pulling the blade back
This process must be repeated proportionally on all parts of the blade
When the sharpened side is done, turn the knife over and repeat the process as described above, but less often – 1/10 will suffice – this percentage will also suffice
