* 5-year chassis warranty is applied only to the products purchased from Greentom Turkey official distributor, specifically to the customer whose name is written on the invoice.
* It is mandatory to submit an invoice during warranty application.
* Second-hand products that are not purchased from a Turkish distributor and without an invoice are excluded from the scope.
* 5 years warranty is for chassis only. Fabric and other parts are under 2-year warranty.
* Damages resulting from falling, impact, misuse, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
* Normal situations such as wheel wear etc. resulting from use are not covered by the warranty.
* Fabric cutting, tearing, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
