Bifidobacterium is considered the most beneficial microorganism for maintaining microbial balance in the intestines. Bifido bacteria is a genus of bacteria that helps digestion and lives in the intestine as a part of the intestinal flora.
Nutritional habits and intestinal microflora conditions are different for each person. Therefore, to grow and maintain a certain amount of Probiotics in our intestines, it is usually best to take them at the same time each day, before or after meals.
As mentioned above, there is no definitive time to feel the effect because individuals vary in their gut conditions. However, it usually takes 1~2 weeks to feel its effect.
When you stop using probiotics for a certain period of time, the intestinal microflora cannot be maintained, so the effectiveness gradually decreases. Therefore, using it regularly is the best way to feel its effect.
