FREE ALTERATION SERVICE

If a product you have purchased from Beymen does not fully fit you, your garment will be altered to fit your measurements free of charge.

GIFT SERVICE

You are in the office and you suddenly remember it’s your best friend’s birthday. Or it’s your wedding anniversary. But you haven’t got a single minute for shopping. Call Beymen immediately. Make use of our Gift Service for your loved ones, your friends, colleagues, customers and all those privileged people to whom you want to offer a special gift for those special times. The gift you choose will be delivered on your behalf to the address you specify.

SHOPPING BY APPOINTMENT

"If you have limited time, and want to come and do your shopping quickly, you can call the any of our stores and tell the store manager the most suitable shopping time for you. Our sales consultants will be waiting for you at the appointment time, having done their preparations in accordance with your preferences.

SERVICE DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME AND BUSINESS PREMISES

If you complain about not having time to shop, how about doing your shopping from home or from your office? All you need to do is call us. Our “Sales Consultants” in our stores will do their preliminary preparations in line with your requests in the shortest possible time and prepare the alternatives. Just call us to let us provide you with a special service at your home, your office or even at your hotel.

REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

Our main principle is that you are satisfied with the shopping you do at Beymen. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, we take back the product in the manner and time frames indicated below or we provide you with a “returned product voucher” that you can use in all Beymen stores by producing your identity card.

a) CHANGING SIZE, MODEL, COLOUR AND PRODUCT

Let’s say when you return home, you aren’t happy with the colour and model of the goods you bought at Beymen -- or perhaps you want to buy another product instead.

You can replace or return unused and unaltered goods at any Beymen store of your choice in 30 days the latest, by producing your receipt.

When you want to exchange your product with another one;

  • You can exchange your goods with any good with the same price.
  • If the price of the product you want to buy is higher than that of the product you want to exchange, you can pay for the difference in cash or by credit card.
  • If the price of the new product you have chosen is lower than that of the first product you purchased, the difference will be returned to you by a “returned goods voucher” you will be given. You can use the voucher, valid at all Beymen stores, by producing an identification.
  • Alternatively, when you want to return your product, you will be credited based on the sales price on your receipt. Returns and replacements do not apply to cosmetics, books, bags, evening dresses, underwear, bathing suits and glasses.

b) EXCHANGING A GIFT

You may want to exchange a gift you received through Beymen. You can exchange your unused and unaltered products at a Beymen store of your choice in 30 days the latest using your “gift exchange card”.

  • You can exchange your goods with any good with the same price.
  • If the product you want to buy is higher than that of the product you want to exchange, you can pay for the difference in cash or by credit card.
  • If the price of the new product you have chosen is lower than that of the first product you purchased, the difference will be returned to you by a “returned goods voucher” you will be given. You can use the voucher, valid at all Beymen stores, by producing an identification
  • There are no cash refunds in Gift Exchanges.
“FREE OF CHARGE” DELIVERY

Do you want to have a little surprise for your loved ones? We will be happy to deliver to them in the shortest possible time a Beymen product you have chosen. Our “Sales Consultants” will prepare the goods you have chosen and have them delivered to their address.

LAST MINUTE SERVICE

You are in a city where there is a Beymen store and you’re staying at a hotel!
You have a problem with your luggage, or perhaps you’re home...You received a surprise invitation to a social function. You urgently need a white shirt, or a silk blouse or a tie.
Call us immediately. Your request will be met in the shortest possible time.

WEDDING LIST

You are getting married and have to take care of a thousand things...But in all that running about, you needn’t worry about how to inform the wedding guests about the wedding gift...All you need to do is to go to Beymen stores and choose the items you like...The gift choices of the couple will be communicated to the wedding invitees and the couple will be informed about the gifts purchased on the same day.

WARDROBE SERVICE

You don’t need to worry about what is fashionable and what isn’t...We come to your home and organise your wardrobe for you, make a combination of your Beymen brand garments and keep you updated about new fashion trends. All you need to do is call Beymen Stores and get an appointment.

REMINDERS

Labels on our products have care and cleaning instructions. Adhering to care instructions will lengthen your product’s life.

You can exchange or return your unaltered and unused Beymen products within 30 days the latest.

When you want to exchange a purchased product you need to bring your invoice with you.

When you want to exchange goods given to you as a gift, please don’t forget to bring along the “Gift Exchange Card”. We would kindly ask you to try the gift products you have received without delay and bring them to the nearest Beymen store within 30 days the latest if there is a problem with the product.
